Punk rock therapy
If I'm anxious at night, I put on punk rock in my headphones, pour a sedative in a glass and dance like I'm at a concert. It really helps

I absolutely can't take romance in books, the more desperation the better
But manga... only shojo, only hardcore! 🤣
I think it's clear from the first illustration some of my favourite books, but I also recently read Flowers for Algernon and fell in love too
