1. Shutdown Steam ( exit client )
2. Goto C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\config
3. delete config.vdf
4. restart Steam and go to settings Shader Pre-Caching and untick Enable
5. Steam will then remove the shaders from your games ( it will look like its dow...
