Rarity's eyes took a moment to adjust to the dimly lit interior of the Bucking Mare in my Equestria dreamscape. It was around 3 in the afternoon and tavern was sparsely populated. I just got my results.
Your test result for COVID-19 was negative (also called not detected).
So apparently I don't have it. Therefore I must have gotten the flu, despite getting the shot, or I've got a bad case of the winter cold. I still don't feel great but at least I don't have to worry about that.
