Is there any specific thing or condition you search whenever you feel lost and need to reconnect with the present? I look for water and silence. Since a couple days I’m having a bad stomachache after meals. Suffering for IBS, I suspect there’s some kind of stress hiding somewhere in me, but can’t find a specific cause. Anyways, laying face down under the warm sun helps a lot, it’s a good therapy and I love it. My man took me this pic today , after lunch,while I was sleeping. I kinda like it, so here you have it 🌸
