I've been playing around this sketching then blending to create volumes, it's a very fun process.. it's difficult for me still, but I get lots of fun out of it.

Got asked to mix up a shiny drone-type character (I'm not familiar with the source of concept of this)
but to mix it with an ursine character to create a new version style.
so this work is mostly concept, I got some fun mixing up the latex/shiny look with a more serious "armored" robotic suit.
Mask is a mix of a breathing mask with the classic character mask, I had to reduce decals ...

what I can say about this, I was sort of in a rush, but I wanted to make something inspired in a scene that'll be in this episode.
the comic is called "infiltration" because that's the main event that will happen during this episode :)
color scheme is very high-contrast and just two tones... I could say I was inspired...

I wanted to make a cover based on the old scene when Aden (in legacy) found a screen with info about Laura, but before he saw the screen he had a vision of many Xeno creatures surrounding him.
this is sort of the same idea, trying to make a version of that scene in cover
