Like i said last month, due to the terms of service i cannot longer use Raffles, so instead ill pick one of the 2nd tier Patrons each month as the winner for the free color commission. The same rules still apply.
This way everyone will get a chance to get one of these eventually, since ill be going through the list. And once everyone on the 2nd tier Patron list gets one we will start over...

Having few references of the new Velma made it a bit difficult, i had to figure her new shoes from a low res picture, but i like the spin they took with it, instead of the long socks.
