Damn this was fun and interesting to work on, from trying a cartoony style for Wendy, to doing a detailed BG to working on a different type or sourcelight that im used to, yeah this was a nice breath of fresh air.
I studied screenshots of the show just to see how the did textures and light, was really interesting and trying to replicate that was fun...

Wanted to keep the cartoony style a bit, so i went for smoother lines and simple shapes, also less small details to make the ones that are in more important, as a friend once said, sometimes less is more. I like the show contrast between a detailed background and simple character design so that was an inspiration for this one.
