These are some sketches I did for warm up on the Steven universe episode: The New Lars.

I designed a little werewolf shirt for Sadie you can see in the corner.

She's also wearing Bunny Slippers in that episode, as a direct nod to Double Dee

I also just thought it would be a funny contrast to her werewolf shirt while still being very in character.

Just a little doodle of Ed and Eddy at a bar.

I imagine Double Dee sometimes sits these times out at home.

Ed drinks and drinks but he's just.. the same.

At first Eddy was impressed, now he just wants a drinking buddy.

This is just a loose sketch for an idea I had planned.

Eddys dialogue is a little soft, a little ooc because I didn't go over it in Eddy's "voice".

Although I definitely do think he'd soften a little with age.

This is more from the botanical room in a Fistful of Ed.

The drawing is a colored in thumbnail. I did a lot of this in blue and purple to keep a dark atmosphere thru out the scene.

Every last person who he regularly interacts with is treating him like poison.

He doesn't have any interaction at home, he feels he's lost Ed, and he's lost Eddy too in a way because Eddy no longer sees him.

Every thing feels at its most empty.
