Miu has been waiting like >:D over a year for this! The pandemic sure hit all of us hard and I kept re-doing the sketch because I couldn't get the feeling right. After 3 different sketches I was finally happy with the concept and moved on to the beautiful rendering.

Thank you for the support Cat! We planned on the artwork being a couple of Valentine's Day icons and I decided to draw them with the pixel brush like ye olden days on Microsoft Paint. I also did some tasteful color shifts to make it feel warm with love. I didn't draw hands... paws are just so cute. Who needs thumbs when you're in love?

Final Fantasy Sketches
I've been using Final Fantasy 14 as a cheap and fast way to get some figure drawing practice in (figure drawing classes normally cost like... $50 a session). It really helps me remember how anatomy works on the body because its pretty easy to forget lol. These are about 15 to 30 minute sketches I do when my computer freezes during my schoolwork LOL

Keita (KeitaCat) and I spoke about this idea for a bit and we ended up having the same vision for his awesome new toy sona K-2373. The white furred Keita on the right had gone through a couple variations of shading style that I struggled with but in the end this piece really came together nicely!
