The restraints are for safety reasons I assure you. We had too many sissies try to step off the ride while it was active, almost as if they were trying to run away~
I wanted to return to the sissy carousel concept I had a few years ago, it's still one of my favorite pieces to this day and I'd love to draw more of my little dollies like this.
