Not too many people know about Italy's Abruzzo region. A real shame, if you ask us. We went over there, stayed in a wonderful naturist b&b, met some amazing people, had excellent food, and discovered a very nice naturist beach called Lido Punta Le Morge.

What do you need?
In Italy they have 'special' pasta chickens. The chickens are fed a lot of carrots, which makes the yolk of the egg yellower and slightly more orange. These are better if you want to make fresh pasta.

From Resort Naturista Grottamiranda, there are plenty of options for day trips. We visited the beautiful towns Monopoli, Cisternino, and Locorotondo, ate local specialties, and we went on a private naturist cruise!

We arrived in Bari in the very south of Italy, we'll explore the cozy town center and eat some of the (kinda weird) local food. We're also exploring nearby towns like Alberobello and Polignano a Mare, which are hugely popular among Instagrammers.
