some scribbles. Wanted to draw some nuns from mine and JB’s little fantasy rp. Writing between work has been keeping me sane these days. It makes me reconnect with storytelling in my own way. It reminds me why I started drawing in the first place.

Happy holidays and thank you for your support! This year has been pretty hard for me health wise, but I really appreciate you guys sticking around and liking my little doodles. I have big plans for next year and I’m excited to share more with you. I hope you all have a peaceful weekend!

More little doodles with the XP-Pen tablet. I forgot that you can screen tone things in Clip Studio and I had a little too much fun with that. I want to screen tone everything now lol.

some warm up scribbles before work. I’ve been trying out the new XP pen tablet and its been fun! I’ve gotta take lots of breaks due to my wrist acting up. It’s hard for me to slow down but I know my future self will thank me. Hope you guys are staying safe out there!

Due to a small wrist injury, I have not been able to draw as much as Ive wanted to the past two weeks, forgive me for that. I am healing quickly though and slowly getting back up to speed!

Since most of my current work just involves lines I wanted to paint something really quick as a break, so I threw some color on an old sketch. It’s a little muddy but maybe I’ll clean it up when I get more time.

As usual, I always end up liking my sketch more.

10/27/2021- Hair study

some hairs!

my process is constantly changing, but this is relatively up to date on how I scribble hair. my goal is always expression and form rather then being clean and detailed, so I don’t spend too much time on hair. I struggle with consistency and want to work on simplifying hair down to a formula that’s specific to each character, at least for comic sake.

Some random scribbles to keep my brain sane between working. I wanted to have more time to draw your ocs this month but my contracted work is gearing up for release so I have not had much time. Been thinking about Pokémon a lot lately because JB has been playing Pokémon snap and we started talking about our ocs and Pokémon again! Prof. Owns a small rehab center in the woods that helps Pokemon heal from trauma. Most of the Pokémon at the center suffer from PTSD from battling each other.
