As part of the full experience, the product manager explained to me that I will be packaged and shipped to one of their retail stores.

Yes the company do have retail stores but only does rental since their products are all women who got changed into all sorts of sex toys, furniture and objects. They ought to be returned to normal, I hope they are... hence the store doesn't really "sell" anything...
