So my birthday gift to myself this week is working on breaking up the massive knots ive accrued in my neck and shoulders. It’s taken years of stress to get this way and I don’t think I’ll get rid of them completely by Saturday but that’s ok. My goal is to at least break them up into smaller more manageable knots that can then be more easily eliminated.
