As we cross into our second year offering the ability to pledge annually and I see how many patrons renew their annual pledges I am looking at what we can do to keep people engaged as annual patrons.
Annual patrons made a HUGE difference this year...this year has been one where our declined patrons have greatly increased BUT annual patrons have really smoothed things out.

Right now we have more than 700 patrons with invalid payment info, if you take a second to double-check your payment info, update to an annual payment or cancel your pledge it would be a huge help in reducing that number for next month. Thanks for the help!!!
