Hey there patrons. Great news to share with you, I'm slowly but surely getting better. My TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction) is settling down. I still get a few headaches and neck pains. However, not as often, which is a good improvement.
All I really need to do is keep doing the jaw exercises and apply heat to my jaw. From there I should see more improvements in the weekend.
