This is why they hurt. They get a lot bigger about 10 days before my period. I guess hormones do that. You can see the oil on them. Ouch big boobs.

My boobs hurt really bad this morning. :( So, I put essential oils on them designed to help with premenstrual pain in boobs and bellies. I love this stuff. The smell helps calm your brain, too. Aromatherapy and plant therapy.
