Thoughts so far on champion's rest?

Changing up my tier prices.

My rules is everyone gets a chance for art rewards, but at the same time I don't want people to wait too long. It doesn't feel right. I did say I wanted to do more rewards each week, but I immediately got overloaded by doing more than one. Seems I can only manage 4 rewards each month at full power. But when I get more people the wait gets longer. I hate making people wait, but I'm just one guy....
