I don’t know if it’s obvious but this is heavily inspired by the Shape of Water poster art, still one of my favourite movies of all time.
I’m still not 100 percent happy with the colours on this one, but I knew messing with it more would just make me hate it so, I hope it looks good enough as is! I love drawing underwater scenes, some of my fave backgrounds to draw.
Been chipping away at this for a couple of weeks now. Finally decided to just bite the bullet and draw a background for it as well. This is going to be a paired illustration for a fic my boyfriend is writing, whenever that gets done I’ll post a link to it.
