Busy week and I'm falling behind on the illustration. I picked the wrong week to do a full comic page. Hopefully it will wrap soon. Here's a preview frame in the interim.

Here's another Peggy Carter one. I'm still a little bummed that Falcon and Winter Soldier brought back the super soldier serum just to take out the muscle growth component. Maybe some more protest images are in order.

Microscopic

I'll try something different from last week and try posting images as I finish them instead of all in one lump. 

For the "microscopic" prompt it seemed like a good time to try out a little shrinking woman sequence. These will just recreate a few scenes from The Incredible Shrinking man, with a little twist.

Here's a small comic based on the "Spaceship" prompt. I'd like to get some more narrative, long form pieces up here at a certain point. I'm working back up to it.

Normally I wouldn't post a bonus image before the main show, but this one just went quick. I'm still working on the real-deal illustration for Powerful. Probably just a WandaVision hangover.

Egg(head)

This week's prompt was "Egg" and the thing I kept coming back to was Vincent Price as Egghead from the 1960s Batman show. After reviewing some screenshots I was pleased to see he and Batgirl crossed paths in one of his episodes.

Fun fact: Egghead was created as an excuse to throw eggs at Burt Ward,

Reflection

Ann O'Brien models a pre-fmg article of clothing.

There are precious few Monkeyman & O'Brien stories, and looking it through them recently for references I'm struck by how scattershot her character is. Sometimes she's a hot head, sometimes a ditz, sometimes a deity. Since the 90s she's just been a well muscled pin up when drawn at all.

I’m feeling good about this one coming together. I probably won’t color it though. Hopefully it will get done in a week or two. Stay tuned.
