I saw this character on twitter and had to draw her (she's from some game called Dead Estate). I have a lot of respect for whoever came up with her.
Thigh High prides itself on its holistic approach to punishment. No problem exists in isolation. Even something as simple as a few missed homework assignments usually has a complicated root cause, and the faculty is always willing to dedicate their time for home visits and private lessons to make sure the entire family is working together.
