This is all on a multiply layer. I usually just do the body shade and the hair shade on the same layer in the same layer on a reaaly dark color, then I just chage the color of it so it can fit the composition.
Easy steps that have worked for me:
1- Paint the shade in the overall form of the hair in a multiply layer
