Actually meaningful ziggs nerfs this time around, ziggs was so op tho that he is still just better and safer pick than most other mages, and is still better than velkoz or xerath.

Velkoz buffs are welcomed, if ziggs keeps getting nerfed and velkoz gets buffed i could see velkoz being an S+ mage in botlane. But for now ziggs is just better and safer ...

I think people havent peaked on their skill on briar still ( very hard champ ) and theres more potential waited to be unlocked ( still apes throwing ults across map instead of using on cc / predicting to ult before cc lands ) so even tho she gets nerfed she will still be S+ imo, also other AD junglers just arent strong like why would i play  xin kha kayn ...

Added brand to the list, i dont recommend playing him tho, You should view him like Lillia, good vs melee heavy tank teams, if you are looking for a pure dmg pick vs tanks pick him, otherwise theres no reason to realistically pick brand over fiddle karfus eve taliyah or any other good ap jungler, his advantage is dmg vs tanks.

Gragas jungle is buffed a little, But similar to brand reason...

Nilah was wayyy too strong imo, and people dont know what this champion does still since she is too underplayed, so i will keep her S tier still.

Ziggs is wayy too strong for him to be down a tier due to armor changes, especially compared to other botlane mages

I think alot of nerfs will need to happen to seraphine botlane for her to be worse than other enchanter bots liek lux sor...

gragas top is TERRIBLE, there is no reason to play him for nuke build or Q poke build as a toplaner, you pick gragas to be a tank and spam E, or to be a bruiser mage spamming E, you cant spam E anymore... Down 2 tiers.

gragas change doesnt really do much for gragas mid, might be a slight buff for gragas mid to be honest, big nerf to grag top tho

Graves mid doesnt rely on his armor from E and often isnt even vs an AD champion.

Kassadin change doesnt do much

Seraphine mid is just worse with these changes for some reason :D

Ziggs mid should be fine, armor nerfs shouldnt mat...

Janna is better in lane, but unsure if shes actually that much better overall as a champion, 2 seconds longer cd on Q hurts her, ill keep her high up still but i feel like she lowkey might be worse

Senna nerfs doesnt matter for early lane, only matters lvl 9 and onwards rlly

Think seraphine has a long way ...

caitlyn doesnt need to be played lethality to be good, still a strong adc this patch

Garen down a tier due to hullbreaker nerfs and phaserush nerfs.

Nothing else really changes this patch for toplane, Hullbreaker should still be built if u want to play the game that way.

Asol nerf shouldnt matter that much, you will win with this champ if you play good and game goes good and late, if it doesnt youll lose regardless of state of the champion.

Jinx is strong, i wouldnt say OP, this champion has problems like being immobile, but its easier to get kills now and get ahead with her ult change, and her impact in an early skirmish is better with the passive change too. Her passive is a bit fake tho, its not real for 3-4 passive stacks to make a real difference, usually if 3 of enemy team is dead, you won the fight regardles...
