Nice pull back yesterday down to the 1.618 Fib which we can see was the subwave 3 top and it was also a test of the 50 MA on the 1hr chart too at $54.

There is only a 3 wave pull back since the gap fill at $66, so right now we can not rule out Subwave 5 being complete yet as we know Wave A has 5 waves, so this count is still developing.

$ASTS I believe continues to be in a strong position and I would not be surprised to see a move to the upside shortly after holding above the blue support line, the 50 and 200 Day MA at $25.50 now for a number of weeks....and reported its ER during this time too.

Good day yesterday and the follow through into today's PM so far.

We added at $260 and $251 and the price is already back to $281 now in the PM after a very solid test and bounce on the standard 0.618 Fib at $250 that I brought to your attention 2 days ago.

$TGT is a position I have been keeping an eye on for some time now, we have been watching to see if Wave C completed in April and so far there has been a bounce but we can see that the bounce retested the blue line and the 50 Day MA from below and so far has rejected.

Therefore we need to wait and see if the price action can hold a higher low next above $87 before considering adding here...

$NKE is in the $60's now in the PM after hitting resistance at the 50 Day MA for the last 3 sessions.

So there is a big test coming up as the price looks set to test the Covid Low level again at $60.20.

Few concerns with the market in the PM right now, so let's look at the most popular position in our group and on X right now.

Price has filled the Gap up to $64 and has run aggressively but in an impulse count.

It has been fast and sharp and we have been on watch for Subwave 5 to complete as the price action approaches the 2.618 Fib at $68.

We need to be open to the fact that ...

$UNH is now below the 0.5 Fib at $311...although this level was only lost yesterday, the price action can still be given a number of sessions to recover this level.

Wave A below the 0.5 Fib would be very peculiar and this would lead us to believe that if the price dropped as low as the 0.618 Fib at $250, then the price action is not in Wave A but already in Wave C

Price is still holding in the bullish descending wedge and above the 0.5 Fib at $573.

There was certainly a battle at the bottom trend line of the wedge but after 1 month of holding, the price has bounced and at $585 now.
