6 STRING BASS SOLO // Nathan Navarro - Rogue

Testing out this prototype CR6 Radius Bass Guitar from NS Design. It's the most comfortable 6-string bass I've played - perfectly balanced, very lightweight (without being too light), and it sounds amazing. I blended in the piezo pickups 50% with the magnetic pickups here - they provide the crystal clear high end. I'm capturing the sound with my Genzler Amplification rig.

This song’s catchy and repetitive groove may serve as a good introduction to odd meters for you. I personally enjoy how the tempo breathes throughout the piece, swaying and increasing steadily, requiring your close attention to stay locked in.
