General things:
- To prevent changes on the fly when it comes to large projects. The rewards are divided in the usual schedule and the large project schedule.
- When a large project happens it will be announced the change, and they will be highlighted on the tier description until the whole thing is done

Everything will continue as usual, no changes will be applied... When they are ready, I'll post the reworked descriptions so everyone can see how they will be like. Read your doubts, suggestions and opinions before making them completely official. Like a public draft...

Iยดve been going with a "All tiers get everything" policy... and you know what? it isn't working. It's an unsustainable model that makes the highest tiers worthless...
The solutions aren't pretty for the Bronze Cherry Tier ๐
A clear difference between tiers is minimal, the suggestions are not a monthly occurrence, the only thing left is the amount and kind of WIP...
