The motion sent against us was referred to a Magistrate Judge to make a report and recommendation to a District Judge on how to rule on it.
The Magistrate Judge recommends dismissal of the lawsuit based on lack of personal jurisdiction.
We're waiting for the District Judge to accept the recommendation, ...
