There have been a string of thefts where someone will join, take some HQ files, and delete before they get charged. There's also some issues on some people getting charged in the middle of the month instead of the first now. So in order to try and make everyone's charge the same time and to prevent theft, I will be switching to upfront charge on August 31st.

As I'm going through extensive medical procedures this month (hopefully the last of it), I have to put some special restrictions for commissions this month. I can't take any big projects. I'm sorry, but I can't take commissions with variations or ones with complex backgrounds.
