I've been preparing this for a few weeks, but I have finally taken on the task of redrawing a piece of old art voted in.
I did two poses / sketches to begin with. First one I created was further from the original drawing, but still had the same feeling the first did. The second was more faithful to the original whilst still spicing up aspects of it such as angles and nudity.

Had another Drawpile session with a friend & fellow artist this weekend. These sessions are great because they are extremely relaxed and have no pressure to produce exceptional work! The Drawpile sessions could end up being a weekly thing but it does depend largely on both of our schedules and workload.

Do you ever go into something with copious amounts of planning and ideas, but when you get there you end up drawing a lot of things completely differently to how you'd originally thought? This was one of the times.
