Alright! This actually took longer than i expected. The sketch version of the image got away with some real simple grays for everything, but actually going in and doing the lighting was pretty tough.
It came out a little busy, but overall this is a cool pic~

Getting there! Should be able to get the rest of the pages roughed out next time. A little bit of dueodenum rubbing. Villi are a tiny bit exaggerated, but it's important to indicate things have a different feel in there.
Also, i'm pretty pleased with the cover! Sets up the comic decently.
