05 Sketch Voting

Okay! After jamming through coloring The Curse over the past week, i need a bit of a break. My schedule is offset a day this week, and there are a lot of images in the sketch poll lineup currently, so we'll just pick another one from the current line up.

I've got some sketches planned for the next poll, but for now let's just color another one.

Small Update~

After spending the past 7 days drawing, and the 50+ hour grind session of coloring The Curse, my wrist is upset with me. I'm going to take today off and give it a chance to mellow out, before resuming work tomorrow.

The sketch poll is kind of big right now, so i'm going to run it again. That'll be up shortly.

04 Time Lapse

Alright! Did things differently this time. the resolution is 360x640, reversed from the previous size. It's not 720p, but it's a lot clearer.

The time lapse is shorter in duration though, 2.5 minutes. I can only assume that, because the area of the video that changes from frame to frame takes up more space than before,the filesize for a 5 minute video was around 50mb, which is too big to ...

I also upgraded my copy of movie studio platinum, render times are a bit faster and for some reason the resulting files are smaller, too.

I could probably make these 720p (instead of 360p) if i doubled their speed to 2.5 minutes long, instead of 5. You might want to slow it down in your video players if i do that? But, what do you think of that idea?

Traditional Sketchwork and other things

Alright here's the other new sketch.

I actually ran into a conceptual snag here. I wanted to dragonair, but dragonair is actually pretty huge. So i scoped out anything that seemed snakelike, and the only snake-snake that's not gigantic is Ekans. And no snivy and company don't count, they're weird (but cute!) snake-likes.
