Nursing my lower back tonight.
Every time I do whatever it is that i do to it, it causes my right hip to jut out to the side a bit. And as you can see in the last pic, my hips are tucked slightly so that there isn't much arch to my lower back.
I start physical therapy in September. I sure hope they can help me.

So.. I hurt my back this morning, but it's not too painful at the moment. I applied ice and heat and took ibuprofen right away. I'll do this again later after I go grocery shopping. Hope you're having a great day! I'll be back later this evening with some content.. maybe banana related. 😂🥰

My granddaughter wanted me to take her to school this morning (last minute notice). Her dad usually takes her, but he was unavailable this morning. How can Mimi possibly say no? I shaved and pampered my feet. My legs and feet feel so soft.
I relaxed for a couple of hours in the bath this evening. It was much needed!
I was out and about early today. This afternoon, my AC was out. It's working again. I'm exhausted this evening.
