Unable to work one of my jobs till end of month

Since then I've been taking my time to recover, and recently got to see a doctor for it. All is well according to the doctor, I just have a lifting restriction, down to only 5lbs with my left hand. Pom animation file corrupted. May need more time! What do I do?
