You can get changes by either starting a new copy, to which you "copy & paste" your current data.

You can also click on a page/sheet at the bottom of the document, and bring up a meny, and in there click copy to... then select your new/old book. And in that way copy the page you need, or to make copy & paste easier.

I have decided, thanks to all the feedback, that it is going to be worthwhile, and probably most fair to make two Training Books. 

The first one: "The Primary Sissy Training Book" will be free, and contain the basics to help sissies trough the first month, and then they could expand on it over the year, create their own logs in there if they wish, and/or use it for study notes, or progress ...

Thanks to you and a lot of other passionate sissies I am getting a a great foundation to continue and focus a lot of sissy content. You goto to the link, log in with you google account, then "copy" the book to your own drive. There now you can edit your own private copy! And as you keep using it, at any moment a trainer, mistress or secretary at the Academy might as you to share. So keep it up.
