Sure is Rain

I miss October already.

It's fine though; while I didn't get to do as many Halloween themed things as I would have liked (I didn't even get around to watching Over the Garden Wall this year!!); I did a lot of work on commissions and ongoing projects. So. Y'know. Hills and Valleys.

I hate that last page. I don't think it works at all and it's basically an absolute mess. There are a couple of pages that I think came out well and I can still use but I think I need to gut the comic and rewrite it from the start so it's coherent. There are basically multiple takes on this and I am still trying to figure out the version I want to use. On one level making her actually that size kind of takes away from the process I want to show in a more detailed telling of her story later, on the other hand - funny.
