messed with a new brush with the little chibi hancock and i kinda dig how expressive it is. might experiment with that once i'm through the requests, commissions, and the next step in the makima's other pets comic i've got on the docket :)

wrapping up for the day, but i managed to get this far in a commission for a character in a far more dynamic pose than i'm used to! a fun stress test of my posing limits lol
edit: added further drafting so y'all can see my process a bit!
messier than i usually share, but i got started on this and then got messaged about a commish so this gets set to the side for the moment!
added the ink!
gonna make this one fully open to the public on my twitter, but the follow up (w/ funnel feeding, button popping) will be exclusive to y'all for a month :)

stuff's in varying states of arrangement - redlines are real rough blocking, bluelines are closer sketches, black is inked / relatively final.
should be able to knock this out tomorrow if not the day following, got a bit of a busy weekend ahead of me.

didn't finish this in one sitting, so here's the wip!
edit - added the full rendered drawing here. gonna do some simple animation on this, and still need to add some text, but wanted to share this with y'all first.
edit 2 - added the gif, the mp4 crashed - i'll throw that into a drive file when there's more of you folk actually here.
wanted to revisit these characters, also wanted to do another one-page comic since it was well received! might continue this, idk

heyyy here's a little 4 page intro comic. @muffintopmanor over on twitter worked on the script! it's my first project of this size, so I definitely learned a lot about my stamina and methods, but i'm really happy about how it all came together in the end.
