Finally finished the 16 pages of inks for this (creature concepts previously posted). Honestly the longest part so far has been picking a color palette that will work. It seemed to help me last time doing comics (Roboyfriend & Lucille) picking palettes beforehand so I don't get stuck in rendering hell.

I find it hard to draw self indulgent art anymore.  Everything has to have a purpose for me to feel like it has worth. It’s a cycle I want to try to break this year.
