I found some gorgeous old letters and greeting cards today, and thought they would be perfect to explore in a video! They include valentines, anniversaries, easter, christmas, graduations, new babies, thank you’s, get well soons, and simple hellos. Most are from the 1940s, but the oldest is from 1912!

I'm just beginning the editing process, and I can't believe how much footage I ended up with. Almost 3 hours! And I haven't even started the B-roll yet! Very curious to see how long the finished product ends up being.

These collab videos probably won't be completed for a while because of the mountain of foley work to be done, but I'm so excited about how the visuals are turning out! (We filmed this on the beach around 11pm, while a lady was keeping a vigilant eye on us through her window with binoculars.)

Interesting Fabrics!

I was at the fabric store shopping for a variety of things (upholstering for the queen’s throne, creature skin textures for the menagerie, festive halloween prints,) and decided it was totally worth the weird looks to capture some of the sounds.
