IMPORTANT! Change about sketch requests rules

I have added a new rule to the sketch request system. Now, if you wait too long and hop in at the very last minute, your request will be skipped and drawn in the next cycle. I have been thinking about this new limitation for months and ultimately I thought I had to do it.
