For the past week or so, the gums underneath a crown on a back molar has been giving me discomfort. Since late last year any time I chewed something there was some bit of pain, but when I had them look back in January with an x-ray they didn't see anything. But now it feels like someone is stabbing me with a pick-axe if I'm not too careful. Once the pain gets going it'll keep going for a while....
