Painterly half body with some more detailed background, I would like to be able to tell some more story through this scene. I like the face yet I think I will have to ask my husband to pose me, I somehow can't draw the right arm and all those wrinkles correctly

I am happily done with this one, I have never played with so much shades of white before in one artwork. It was a nice exercise :)

Halloween YCH - 01

I took small break from commissions and finished this base today, from tomorrow I will have less work on the other YCHs when this is already finished and I will be able to work on the promised sketch of one badger :)

Halloween ych auction

I am trying to figure out a less saturated light and more cold colours for this scene, yet still to keep it interesting... while doing it I noticed that most often I play with contrasts and sunlight to bring more volume to the artwork so it is kinda challenging to do this scene without direct sun.

Reading a book - WIP

I found a time to paint for a while yesterday in the evening and instead of starting any of the commissions I worked on this older artwork of mine. Still a lot to be done, I am thinking about clothes, probably something comfortable and cosy... but I'd like to share a wip now anyway :)

Full body for Froshana from FA, all done and dusted at last. In the end I struggled a little with the shadows, I somehow expected that >_>, yet I am happy in the end :)

Quite thin lineart this time, I am still trying to find the best size of lines for my cell shading artworks... These are a bit too thin for my taste, next time I need to do them a bit more bold.

I had such an idea for an YCH auction, what do you think about it? ^^ ...yet with my kids being sick now I am not pretty sure I'd manage to create an auction and finish a full artwork before Halloween ;_;

Reworking another of my characters, the dragoness Mayvara this time.

...and at the same time I am thinking about creating a nice base with different species/hairstyles/body types etc etc . I kinda like this pose so far and I might use it for that purpose. I will be scribbling it in the meantime and we'll see how it will work out :)
