Simplified pledge tiers

Hey folks, this isn't a big change in any way, but I just wanted to point out that I've cut my tiers down to just three: Vote, Influence, and Discount.

The $1 Tip Jar tier was hardly used, except for 2 or maybe 3 people (which I appreciate), but clearly y'all are more interested in rewards (which is fine). Additionally, I had $20 and $50 Discount tiers, but no one ever signed up for those. Admit...

There's not too much to digest with this post, I've just been thinking about making some more changes to the Community Vote, so I'd like to get some feedback!
