Summer Rain (Fox and JAW tier)

This was one of the last shots I got while we were in Coastal Ga. I admired her openness to create, and the seclusion we had. I have some additional projects I have been working on, more of that coming soon. Once I get settled from traveling and a few client projects this week I can be more engaged with regular posts. I'll have a new video for Top Tiers this week as well.

Portrait Dynamics

One of the things I love most in photography is all the factors that go into the process. Framing, lighting, poses, clothing or lack of clothing, scenery etc. Changing one of those elements yields a whole new narrative, emotion, or perspective.

Coffee Bikini

First looks at todays shoot. She looked great and we had good weather. A lot of useable shots from this shoot. I will do part 2 in the morning when we get some good sunlight. Full nude looks will be on the JAW and Fox Tier. 

Beach House

A few quick shots of the travels so far. We have not got a chance to photoshoot yet but will start tonight in our first pool swimsuit and nude shoot.

Dressed in Gold

Back in 2018, she was hired to model a dress by a local designer, and I was paid a small amount to photograph a few dresses. This was not one of the images used for the designer, but just a personal project I was allowed to carry out. 

I had this idea of her in the gold dress, then nude in gold glitter. Fully dressed, then fully undressed only with gold glitter to accent.

Upcoming Trip / June Content (Fox Tier)

Last year at this time we made a point to take a week or two to have a designated vacation this year. Something we never do. We usually make work trips a partial vacation. We got a small beach house in coastal Ga, near where we used to live.

Sea and Sand

I will have more exclusive content later today, but I wanted to add this to the Patreon Archive. Our shoot yesterday took us to Virginia Beach. I had a quick job out there, Steph tagged along. The beach or a swimsuit is her element I think.

We had to wait until around 7 pm to get the lighting right. I used a 50mm as usual.

Here we were just creating without any restrictions, we were trying new things. We knew we were not going to post anything so it did not matter.

Production and Editing Process Tutorial (All Tiers)

Editing is where the magic happens. You'd be surprised with what you can do with only a few solid clips and a good editing process. 

I use Final Cut Pro FCPx, but there are many other software options out there.

Starting a Workflow

2016 I was trying out my DSLR and getting used to it. I had been using my iPhone prior to that, as you can see in the second picture. The second picture looks weird because I used some cheap filter to try and blur out the background, the same idea as portrait mode on your phone that uses a lower f stop and digital blur to achieve a more professional look.
