Gym then work today. I’ll have some fun posts for you all today.

New Look

Alex got me a shirt but forgot to get pants to go with it.

Filming today

I did some editing for wedding clients today, filmed some fitness content, juiced and worked out. Over all a productive Monday. Tonight I’m gonna try on a new look and snap some shots. I hope you all are having a great Monday.

Pre breakfast abs. I had protein oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. I'll crank out another long run today, then gym tomorrow.

Hey friends! I'm headed to the gym this morning and then working on a client's wedding film today.

A question for you all to ponder over your morning coffee...my trainer is looking to create an online workout using me as the model/demonstrator. Would you want to see an intro/how to workout or would you want to see the workouts I actually did for the last six weeks?

New Series: Comparing Galleries

The first one is Noir Night vs Door Light. Both were shot around the same time in Jan 2024. We used natural light around sunset. Both are in the same location. Obviously, I like Steph's nude form but adding some clothing elements adds to the theme at times so I think these are good shots to compare.
