Alex finally moved his office setup out of our garage which means I can have my gym space back.

I was out for a run two days ago, slipped on ice and tripped. I had to go to the ER. I’m fine now but it prompted him to get me a treadmill which will be here soon.

So that means I can start doing more home workouts and film them too :) I can finally workout in a natural state again. ...
