Today’s Work 🏋️‍♀️

Alex works for this gym making their content and website material. Aaron the owner trains me as well 3x a week and I run 3x a week. Today I did a circuit of 5 rounds of deadlifts, pushups, dips, sled push, and kettlebell swings.

I was supposed to be washing dishes but opted to take some photos instead.In the last picture she got a little cross with me because I did not tell her the kitty was eating the left overs in the background.

In the Kitchen (a theme for today)

The house was empty for a brief period. It was just me and Steph. I was helping her clean up when it occurred to me this would be a perfect time to take some photos. I snapped and processed this mini set in 30 minutes. I think that's a new record for me. It was fun just being together for a moment grabbing these shots.

Emotions in Art. Sometimes I create to calm down, or to relax. I forget exactly what I was feeling this day. But it was probably some nerves I was experiencing. Steph getting melted by a H bomb isn’t exactly relaxing.
