Cold Shower

I forgot to snap a shot today after I mowed the lawn, but when I looked for a shower pic this came up from our shower photoshoot last Nov while traveling in Charolette. Do you remember this shoot?

Gym and lawn work

I worked legs in the gym today, then did lawn work for my cardio. I am working a job for a client this evening, but will be working tomorrow for you all making some new art :) In the meantime is there anything I can model using my phone camera for you all? Any requests?

It felt good to run today. I no longer have a coach, so I’m doing my own workouts. I think I’m more of a runner than a weight lifting girl.

Ive made some refernece to this travel shoot we did before. We were traveling for one of her fitness shows. We are not big party ppl but we attended a rooftop function in Charlotte NC.

 Steph was blow drying her hair in the mirror, then I asked her what would happen is she blew dried her body hair... it was amusing to me.

Steph is handling some errands for me so I can do some work. For decency’s sake, She had to wear a sports bra today unfortunately. When she gets back I hope to do an actual photoshoot with her in the home studio.
