Some New Edits to "Scarlet"

Here are some new additions to the gallery I sent Steph today for her social media. 

On my way to work

I had to drive to dc for a 15 hour work day today, but on the way out I snapped a photo for the day.

Alien Impulse

You may remember this shoot we did last halloween. (all artistic emotions, no violence pictured) 

I re did a few photos without the bluish color grade. No editing here expect for to lift the exposure some.

Tin Foil

Another Shoot from the archives. She was a little frustrated I used all the tin foil we had in the kitchen.

I wanted to show she was being unwrapped, then use the foil as the backdrop. I realized i needed a lot more foil. This is a shoot I will have to try again soon.

Production Black

Tomorrow I will have a much better post. I just got back from a full weekend of work. Steph helped me out big time this weekend. I had someone lined up to help me film a couple projects but they could not make it last minute. So Steph stepped in. During the shoot, on our lunch break, I stepped out to get some shots of her.

DC Loft

I posted some of these a while back, but here are some additional edits and insights.

I was traveling in the DC area with Steph to film a fitness show, she happened to also be competing in the show. This was the morning after. We did not plan the shoot. I just admired the lighting coming in from the sunrise, and of course Steph with no clothes on.

Workouts

I'm planning on curating a whole workout gallery and planning some new fitness shoots, seeing as how its a big part of Steph's lifestyle.

Someone requested some workout shots. Here's a couple I dont know if I have posted before. Im sorry if these are duplicates.

We got some new lingerie and nude looks coming soon, but heres some new edits from this shoot. What do you think of her as a lingerie model or a swimsuit model. Honestly I think she is best as a lingerie model.

Shores of Norfolk

I do not think I have posted this gallery in full before. This was called "Shores of Norfolk" we shot this 2 summers ago. I was there to film an athlete show, and Steph came along. 

Current Temp?

Not the art post I hope to make later today, but more of an amusing post. She sends me these videos from time to time, usually when she know's im working. She know's I like these. 

Some people alawys ask if she plays with them before shoots to make them so noticeable. Honest answer is no, they are almost always erect.

Barbarian

Here are the first round of edits. We went away from the elf theme, to pursue more of a barbarian theme. What do you think?

We did another shoot with the leather bra we got at a cosplay event, the rest Steph made. We got some simple but beautiful looks in my opinion. I’ll have the edits up soon.

Messy

Im kinda a neat freak, and minimalist, so I was really unhappy when she decided not to clean up after herself one day during the pandemic lol.

This was after she woke up from a nap one day. She was also at one of her leanest moments since I've known her. I think she was at 128 lbs? 

Side note: the door in the background looks warped as a result of cheap 20$ mirror, not warp edi...

Sprinkled

I've posted some of this before, but this was the set I sent Steph for her IG today. This on is uncensored of course. This was one of the first body paint shoots we did with the artist Shay we use now. She wanted a very simple theme to try out some new paint and brushes with so this is what she came up with for a 3 model shoot. Afterwards Steph and I continued to take more shots.

It's just a candid cell phone shot, but I thought it was worth taking. Her smile can show you she is slightly annoyed with my request to pose for a photo.

Im starting another series showcasing photoshoot with no edits applied. Usually I try to keep editing to a minimal, but for the sake of showcasing work, I will edit, typically I will crop, straighten, make basic exposure corrections, edit away blemishes, marks, clothing lines, etc, then I will color grade.

In this case none of that has happened. What you see...

Body Painting

Complex or Simple body painting is a great way to add some flair to a photo. You can tell here the shoots I have painted Steph vs Shay the professional MUA I hire. A new body paint shoot with Shay is being planned. I will probably go for another comic book character, unless you have any ideas?

She didn't hear me when I said I was taking a video during the shoot, so she was posing for photos while I took the video.

I think she looks better in videos than photos? Either way she's so beautiful.. to me anyway.

Black Pearl Preview

Steph's idea for a shoot today was to go with a pirate theme. I placed a light and took turns shooting towards the sunset and away from the sunset for two completely different vibes. The sky changes so fast as the sun is setting so you don't get the same kind of sky for long.

Shaded Chill

The idea for yesterday's shoot was to do a bright or high key mid day swim suit and nude shoot on the sand. It was 55-60 degrees so not too cold however the wind was way too fast and made it feel 10 degrees cooler, so we decided to call the shoot off. Day 2 and the second shoot here in the Outer Banks...Last night Steph and I took a truck ride out on the beach and found an isolated spot to take some photos and video. The sun was setting and the moon was in the light blueish purple sky making for some really nice vibes with the lighting. (The moon out inspired the adding the moon in post on that first shot)
