I went totally bananas crazy rendering this. There is a TON of fur texture, especially on the fox. I came up with a slightly different technique, and I'm pleased with it. I don't know if I'll use it a lot thought, because it's time-consuming. We'll see!

Working on a comm! I gotta say, I'm SO glad to have some time to actually draw, because this is my favorite part :3

I often draw in characters first, then elaborate upon environmental elements, unless I have envisioned something very specific. I find it's usually easier to keep everything balanced that way
