an update: I’m feeling better, but definitely not 100% so I’m going to take it easy today, give my body time to recover. I’m not exactly sure what the issue is - severe pain on the right side of my stomach yesterday was debilitating. but I feel that it’s gradually going away. please, have patience with me if I can’t post right away and send all the good vibes you can <3

had to cancel my class tonight bc I’m in severe pain, sorry for the messages I haven’t answered, keep me in your thoughts please 😭
